Evaluation of the functioning of management and board

In 2007, the board assessed once more the composition of both board and management. Considering the ambitions, the expected growth of the organisation and the tasks of the present board it was decided to reform the board structure into an organisational model with a supervisory board between 2007 and 2010. Management will then have the ultimate responsibility for the foundation's strategy, policy, budgets and results.
